How to Place an Order

Due to staffing limitations, we are currently able to receive orders only by mail, fax or e-mail. Whichever mode you wish to use, be prepared to give us item numbers and titles, quantity of each item, shipping information, and some form of payment, including shipping and handling costs (see below).

Forms of Payment

We accept personal checks, Visa or MasterCard, and Purchase Orders. No items are shipped until a form of payment has been received. We accept purchase orders from qualified institutions and bookstores.

If paying by Visa or MasterCard, please include the following:

  • Credit Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • Cardholder's Name
  • Cardholder's Signature

Bulk Discounts

A discount of 10% is allowed for individual items ordered in quantities of ten or more.
